About Event

Photochemical reaction is one of the most important chemical processes and in particular, photocatalysis is considered as one of the clean technologies in removing organic pollutants from air, water and soil. This one-day workshop, therefore, focuses on photon induced chemical reactions including catalysis processes. The workshop also aims to review the fundamentals of photocatalytic process and their application to environmental remediation, solar fuels production and green chemical synthesis. The meeting is mainly aimed to motivate young researchers and students to pursue interest in this important area of research. Lectures will be given by eminent researchers and academicians in the chosen field.
